NIKITIN B.А. , ОGANOV А.S. , PAPUSHA А.N The first trial of cooperation in the education on offshore between Russian Universities: Russian State University on Oil&Gas and Murmansk State Technical University and Norwegian Universities: University of Oslo, University of Bergen, NTNU, and Norwegian companies: Norsk Hydro and Statoil are presented in the paper. This results and trial deal with the improving of training of Russian students and post graduates upon a basic program proposed by Norwegian Universities like used in the University of Oslo, University of Bergen, NTNU, and by Norwegian companies: Norsk Hydro and Statoil for participants of training courses in companies. In order to realize these educational program new agreements between Russian Universities: Russian State University on Oil&Gas and Murmansk State Technical University and Norwegian companies: Norsk Hydro and Statoil have been established. In accordance with agreements several students, post graduates and teachers from Russian Universities were awarded by Norwegian company – Hydro for training and research. The main idea of agreement is to support basic courses in Russian Universities on In spite of a short time of interaction between Russian Universities and Norwegian Universities: University of Oslo, University of Bergen, NTNU, and Norwegian companies: Norsk Hydro and Statoil a fine oriented educational programs and good educational skills have been obtained by participants.
