It turns out development of happy Sweden's was no less difficult path to stabilization than the present Russia. For all the difference in views on the source of events, Russian and Swedish citizens, and there is something in common - a desire to see their family and society as a whole successful.

There is a lot to learn from the Swedes.

Today we will introduce you to the organization structures of small businesses are not primary production in rural areas.

In our (and the Swedish view) areas of application of entrepreneurs in rural areas can only be farming (i.e., a purely agricultural work), supporting the rural industry (sawmill, for example) and trade. With all the positive aspects of such distribution of productive forces in rural areas do not affect the social sphere (except for stores). Yes, there are new jobs, providing employment and wages, allowing support a family ... But what do «empty»? Here is useful Swedish experience, representing a certain interpretation of a forgotten Russia.

Peter Davydov, special correspondent Vologda newspaper «Red SEVER», described in some detail the Swedish experience and talked with Russian, and Swedish farmers. It is not that strong the whole Swedish experience is worthy of emulation but there are what look to Vologda journalist is genuine respect.

All the more so that the natural conditions of our northern neighbors is not much different from Russia, and agriculture is at a higher level of development. Review series of articles on the chairman of the board of the Association of contacts farms Vologda oblast Sergei Belyakov with colleagues from Sweden and Finland, and we invite you to comment our correspondent.

Forward - in our past!

Older topic: where to put children after school? Street little confidence now - anything good it does not teach. Wrestling with the idleness and the consequent child neglect and crime are concerned not only Russian parents, and Swedish.

If you are have still alive in our memory the days when virtually every street corner has various children's and youth clubs, sports schools and other institutions for courses that required only the desire to own a child (in some cases - pay teachers) but now it must be admitted honestly, «attached» her child in the section - it is the whole story which requires significant investment both financial and emotional. In order not to jeopardize their future leaving the children at the mercy of the streets, the TV or computer the Swedes had 20 years ago began to open in the rural areas so-called «Kids Think Center ».

The target of the Center is to introduce children of all ages from the beginning and the principles of science and technology: physics, chemistry, engineering, computer science, acoustics, ecology, and so on ... And this is not organized in the form of academic and often boring classes, a knowledge which is not built on voluntary basis, overburdened and the need for assessment - knowledge of the guys are in the form of the game. There are no boring school desks in these centers. There throughout are all kinds of devices, machines, mazes, puzzles and much of all this that makes the child is not just a curiosity question «what is inside?» but also explains the little man «how this thing works and why».

Of course, the knowledge gained in this way do not run counter to the received at school but only to develop their understanding and skills which, in turn, bring people to the skills and consequently to the confident and informed the development of a future profession. Knowledge gained in this way, contributed to the fact that the child will continue to be interested in, ask to learn.

Basically, nothing new in it is not: the Swedes have learned and applied in their circumstances and their own interpretation of the Russian experience of the Soviet era when many homes the pioneers, young technicians and others to provide employment and development of children and parents calm. Russian «Neokapitalizm» in all the known to everybody reasons almost trampled almost all children's institutions.

One survived.

Today's business begins to think about its social purpose. He had to deal with this because to live a long time if not forever. And what added to the labor market that will have to leave to rest for students «pioneers houses»? There is reason to seriously think about saving your own future if we want to see Russian children dealt with in the sciences rather than beer. The question remains: how to organize it all, and who pays for it?

Who pays for the fact that Swedish children, playing, studying? First, their parents (fee is not higher than the school «prolonged day »). Secondly, the Ministry of Education and various labor unions support the establishment and work of children's research centers in Sweden (learn the Soviet experience?).

And yet in the fact there are large companies are interested in employment of people with good technical knowledge and skills. And schools are among the founders of these childcare centers for obvious reasons want to see in its audiences curious and enthusiastic students who will in time become good professionals.

The case for small - for small businesses which has will to organize of affordable childcare facilities.
